| Kristen Mallory holds an MA degree in International Education from the School for International Training, Brattleboro, VT, and has worked in the field of International Education for nine years. She is currently Director of Off-Campus Studies at Claremont McKenna College (CMC), in Southern California, managing all study abroad programs as well as CMC’s Washington Internship Program. She has also held the positions of Assistant Director at CMC, Associate Director of Programs in Ireland and the UK at University of Massachusetts (UMass), Amherst, Director of the Study Abroad Advising Center at UMass, Amherst, and Assistant Director Support and Services with the Forum on Education Abroad. She is a NAFSA Trainer Corps Member, and co-wrote the new NAFSA CEP Workshop Health and Safety in International Education. She sits on the National Advisory Board for CEA Arcadia and has been a NAFSA Region XII Team member. Her international experience includes Peace Corps, Chad and study abroad in Paris, France. Prior to entering the International Education field she worked for ten years in the federal government in budget and finance. |
